In every aspect of our innovative services, we aim to empower people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in their local community.

Throughout this aspect of their development, young people are encouraged to explore and fully understand their rights, as well as to be well informed about ways to fight discrimination.
Floating Support Service
With our support and encouragement, we help individuals with everyday tasks, including personal assistance, household chores, grocery shopping, etc.
Education
Through employability programs, functional skills training, and other learning initiatives tailored specifically for people seeking employment or advancing in their careers, we aim to put young people on the path to lasting employment. Local job and training opportunities will be made available to the young people.
Reliable Results
Setting a strong foundation for their education and discussing career paths, as well as helping them with their studies and homework. By having the support in place and being able to talk to someone who is always available, this will build their confidence and well being.
Training and Job Search
We will connect the young people with local jobs and training that is available to them, we will assist them in the job search and the interview process. This will include assisting with their CV and attending job fairs.

Our Mission
Oak Care Home guides its services in accordance with the individual needs of each young person, so we offer assistance based exclusively on the individual's needs. Therefore, our mission is to provide a comprehensive system of individualized support for individuals aged 16+ that speaks to them and not above them. Collaboration is crucial to building trusting relationships between the service user and the support worker that make a positive impact and, over time, change lives for the better. We see this as our ultimate mission and our driving force.
